3-Way Cashflow Modelling and Analysis
Given some basic business documents we can provide you with a 3 year, 3 way cash flow projection inclusive of your balance sheet, profit-loss statement and cashflows to assist you with business management, planning for profitability and to support you in loan applications.
Some documents we may require:

We will provide a basic business questionnaire for you to fill out. We are able to provide you with follow up business support advise.
Our goal is to support your business by providing a 3 year projection based on current activity.
How it works:
We charge $250 for the initial consultation where you can decide if this is right for you. We will then send you an invoice for the model based on business size and complexity which will be payable up front. This invoice will include a further consultation where model structure and outcomes will be discussed. We can also offer additional services such as scenario modelling and strategy advice.

Daily Cashflow Modelling
Managing a business is often not easy, and one area that business typically struggle is in adequately managing their cashflow for future profitability. This product will allow you to forecast future cashflows for periods of 1, 5 or even 10 years.
How it works:
You will receive a link to an initial consultation where we might ask you to provide business documents such as bank statements and/or answer a business questionnaire to support the initial set up of your cashflow model. You will receive a cashflow spreadsheet which will be set up by us with your initial assumptions. The product will then be managed by you on a day to day basis so that you can maintain your cashflow forecast yourself.
The initial consultation will be $250 and will include discussions about your business circumstances, if you decide to proceed with the daily cash flow modelling there will be an additional fee of $250 for the model and $500 if you would like us to set it up. Should you require follow-up consultations to discuss your model there will an additional fee charged hourly.
The aim of this product is to provide you with a cost effective means of managing your business cashflows on an ongoing basis without the need for expensive consultants.
We are happy to then either rebase the cashflows at any point in time should your business circumstances change, or provide strategic consultation services on a per hour basis to support the product and/or your business strategy.
